Step 3: Free Preview – Before we proceed, you receive a digital preview of your figurine. Request unlimited changes until you're 100% satisfied. This is our quality guarantee.
Step 4: Body Assembly – The body is crafted according to your chosen configuration: clothing, pose, accessories, and base. Every detail matters – from tie patterns to shoe colors.
Step 5: Painting – Each figurine is hand-painted with premium, UV-resistant paints. Skin tones, eye colors, hair – everything is matched to your photos with artistic precision.
Step 6: Spring Mechanism – The signature bobblehead spring is installed, connecting head to body. This is what gives the figurine its characteristic playful wobble.
Step 7: Quality Control – Every figurine passes a multi-point quality check: likeness accuracy, paint quality, spring function, and overall finish. Only perfect pieces leave our workshop.
